I can't speak as to whether or not there is an actual, physical list of Realtors with contact info, but I am sure the audience you are looking for are all consistently frequenting sites like ActiveRain, Trulia and Zillow. AgentSource would be a cool name for a network like that ;)

Is there a list of real estate agents across the US who want to connect on Facebook? Sort of a pre-approved group open to networking?

Great input JR! It will definitely be interesting to see how Facebook will leverage its ad platform this year to grow its revenue numbers. Their focus on this could definitely present some fantastic opportunities for advertisers looking to use their Facebook circles to grow their businesses.

Here's a little tip for Realtors' on using Facebook Ads! When you set up your ad in facebook, if your goal is to get potential buyers to see your face or a link to your website or fan page you can narrow the search to the people who live in your city who "LIKES" apartments.com's FanPage! Those are likely renters who could potentially buy from you! That's the great thing about facebook advertising, you can really target your audience! Another thing to help with the "Click Through" rate is to have the picture in your ad be a picture of a video. This makes the user think there is a video on the other side of that ad, and will increase their curiosity to what it's all about! Hope this helps somebody!
