Vinny, too kind. I'm not sure how much advice I can give, but would be happy to contribute any way I can. By the way, just got my first real lead from Twitter last week!

No worries Greg. It is definitely very easy to get caught up in the 'game' of SEO and internet marketing when the real goal is actually business generated from your website.

That said, I would say that if anyone can get away with doing this it would definitely be you. Keep up the great work with your marketing efforts. Pretty soon we are going to have to feature some advice / case studies from you on our blog.

Thanks for reading!

Thanks for the reminder to focus on the end result, real estate leads! I often find myself more interested in the games and puzzles of building links and SEO results and have sometimes neglected real life leads - shame on me.

I really like the idea of hosting Twitter contests that have a "buzz worthy" prize. I think giving away a weekend in one of Austin's finest homes would be fun and get users talking about it... If only the homeowners would go for it. :)
