Definitely true.

We are noticing that more and more agents are understanding the importance of online marketing than ever before though. It is nice to be a part of a growing, important industry that can actually provide a high return on investment.

Pretty soon the question will no longer be “What are you doing to market your site online?” but rather, “How aggressive is your online marketing?”

Very informative info. Most real estate agents believe that they need a real estate web site, however there are widely divergent opinions on what it takes to get quality leads and Many agents fail to realize that a website with their name and contact information will not generate real estate sales leads.

And don’t worry, most auto-response emails need some fine tuning. As long as they are constantly being optimized for maximum results, while at the same time not scaring prospects off, then realtors and brokers will be in a good place with their conversion rates from these.
