You make a very good point about backlinks with the nofollow tag. However, let&#039;s remember that link building and blog commenting is not all about SEO and rankings. A quality blog comment, preferably the first comment on an article, can be extremely useful in generating traffic but to the contributor&#039;s website as well as helping to build the authority of that contributor in the social sphere. It is very easy for online marketers to focus solely on SEO and rankings, but at the end of the day, one of the main goals of online marketing is to get more eyeballs on your website or blog.
