Great article. I have begun using similar techniques on my CPC campaigns. You might also try setting up a different web page for each targetted client. For example, you may have one page fore people looking under divorce, and a completely different page for people looking for short sales. This will allow you to optimize the content on each page for the specific customer. It will also increase your relevance score and this will help in getting you listed closer to number 1 for less money. Furthermore it will increase your conversion rate for the people that make it to your site because you are giving them exactly what they are looking for.

This may be a little more work up front, but it definitely leads to more conversions in the future.
