To this day, there are far too many self-proclaimed “experts” and “gurus” that do nothing but misinform agents or worse, convince them to pay thousands of dollars for ineffective advice and tactics.
With the abundance of free information on the Internet, allowing for better self-education, this problem should be eradicated by now…but it’s not.
